Industrial Unit

A typical mid-20th century styled industrial building. It is presented as ‘ under construction ’. The shell is complete with roof, floors, ceilings, internal wall and staircase but, without doors or windows. Outside the brick style is stretcher bond and inside the walls are concrete block work.

The outstanding feature is the free-standing, 2-tier scaffold rig that spans the length of the building. Template designs and build instructions are included for this.

  • 1 x 64 mm x 0.7 mm wire (False upright pole)
  • 4 x 175 mm x 0.7 mm wire (Ledger poles)
  • 4 x 156 mm x 0.7 mm wire (Mid & Top Rail poles)
  • 1 x 145 mm x 0.7 mm wire (Longitudinal Brace pole)
  • 34 x 16 mm x 0.7 mm wire (Transom poles)
  • 4 x 32 mm x 0.7 mm wire (Transverse Brace poles)

You still need to print the model kit yourself and source adhesives.
